حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسِ بْنِ كَامِلٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى يَقُولُ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَحَدٌ

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى إِلَّا أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهُ «يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ لَمْ أَرَهُ صَلَّى صَلَاةً أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا»

✧ He saw the Prophet ﷺ praying Duha — except Umm Hani', for she mentioned that on the day of the conquest of Makkah he performed ghusl in her house and prayed eight rak'ahs. I never saw him pray a lighter prayer, but he completed its bowing and prostration.
