حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَفَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جَرْهَدٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَلَسَ إِلَيْهِ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الصُّفَّةِ فَرَأَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَخِذَهُ مَكْشُوفَةً فَقَالَ «خَمِّرْ فَخِذَكَ فَإِنَّ الْفَخِذَ عَوْرَةٌ»

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ sat with him, and he was one of the Ahl al-Suffah, and the Prophet ﷺ saw his thigh uncovered, so he said: “Cover your thigh, for the thigh is ‘awrah.”
