حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ «أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ أَبِي عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ فَطَلَّقَهَا آخِرَ ثَلَاثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ فَزَعَمَتْ

أَنَّهَا جَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَاسْتَفْتَتْهُ فِي خُرُوجِهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَأَمَرَهَا زَعَمَتْ أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ الْأَعْمَى» «فَأَبَى مَرْوَانُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَّهِمَ حَدِيثَ فَاطِمَةَ فِي خُرُوجِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا»

✧ That she came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and asked his legal opinion about her going out of her house. She claimed that he ordered her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man. Marwan refused but to suspect the hadith of Fatimah concerning the divorced woman's going out of her house.
