حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَرِشْدِينَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَقُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ

«أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثَ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ فَجَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَاسْتَفْتَتْهُ فِي خُرُوجِهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ»

✧ "That she was married to Abu Amr b. Hafs b. al-Mughirah, who divorced her with three pronouncements of divorce. She came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and asked his legal opinion about her going out of her house, and he ordered her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum."
