✧ Fatimah bt. Asad bin Hashim, the mother of Ali b. Abi Talib.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَمِّي أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حِبَّانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ

«أَنَّ مَوْلًى لَابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَبِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ»

✧ A client of the daughter of Hamzah died leaving his daughter and the daughter of Hamzah, so the Prophet ﷺ gave his daughter half and the daughter of Hamzah half.
