حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ لِأُمِّي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ أَسَدِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ «اكْفِي فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ سِقَايَةَ الْمَاءِ وَالذَّهَابَ فِي الْحَاجَةِ وتَكْفِيكِ خِدْمَةَ الدَّاخِلِ الطَّحْنَ وَالْعَجْنَ»

✧ I said to my mother, Fatimah bt. Asad b. Hashim: 'Suffice Fatimah bt. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for carrying water and going for needs, and she will suffice you for the service of the inside: grinding and kneading.'
