حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنْ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتِ حَكِيمٍ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ لَكَ حَوْضًا قَالَ

«نَعَمْ وَأَحَبُّ مَنْ وَرَدَ عَلِيَّ قَوْمُكِ» هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتِ حَكِيمٍ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ

✧ “Yes, and the most beloved of those who come to me are your people.” This is how Abū Khālid narrated it from Khawlah bt. Ḥakīm, and the correct version is the ḥadīth of Ḥammād b. Zayd.
