حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ السَّمَيْدَعِ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ النَّصِيبِيُّ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْجَوْنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ خَوْلَةَ قَالَتْ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا قَدَّسَ اللهُ أُمَّةً لَا يَأْخُذُ ضَعِيفُهَا الْحَقَّ مِنْ قَوِيِّها غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ «مَنِ انْصَرَفَ غَرِيمُهُ مِنْ حَقِّهِ هَذِهِ وَهُوَ رَاضٍ عَنْهُ صَلَّتَ عَلَيْهِ دَوَابَّ الْأَرْضِ وَنُونَ الْمَاءِ وَمَنِ انْصَرَفَ غَرِيمُهُ وَهُوَ سَاخِطٌ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ وَجَمْعُةٍ وَشَهْرٍ ظَلَمَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “God has not sanctified a nation whose weak do not take their right from their strong without being impeded.” Then he said: “If a debtor departs from his creditor in this matter while he is pleased with him, the beasts of the earth and the fish of the water send blessings upon him. But if a debtor departs while he is displeased, then oppression is recorded against him each day and night, each Friday, and each month.”
