حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كُلُّ الْكَذِبِ يُكْتُبُ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا فِي ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٌ يَكْذِبُ فِي إِصْلَاحِ مَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَوْ يَكْذِبُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَوْ يَكْذِبُ فِي خَدِيعَةِ حَرْبٍ

✧ That she said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “All lying is written against the son of Adam except in three cases: a man who lies in reconciling between people, or lies to his wife, or lies in the deceit of war.”
