حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَرِشْدِينَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ وَقُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ السَّبَّاقِ
عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ «هَلْ مِنْ طَعَامٍ؟» فَقَالَتْ لَا وَاللهِ إِلَّا عَظْمٌ مِنْ شَاةٍ أُعْطِيَتْهَا مَوْلَاتِي مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ فَقَالَ «قَرِّبِيهِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحَلَّهَا»

✧ From Juwayriyah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, that the Prophet ﷺ entered upon her and said, “Is there any food?” She said, “No, by God, except a bone of a sheep given to my freedwoman from charity.” He said, “Bring it close, for it has reached its proper place.”
