حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالُوا أَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ قَالَتْ
سَأَلْتُ امْرَأَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّهَا مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ فَقَالَ «تَجْلِسُ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتُؤَخِّرُ الظُّهْرَ وَتُعَجِّلُ الْعَصْرَ وَتَغْتَسِلُ وَتُصَلِّي وَتُؤَخِّرُ الْمَغْرِبَ وَتُعَجِّلُ الْعِشَاءَ وَتُصَلِّيهِمَا وَتَغْتَسِلُ لِلْفَجْرِ»

✧ I asked the wife of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and she said: She is a woman with prolonged menstrual bleeding. He said, "She should sit for the days of her menstrual periods, then perform ghusl, delay Zuhr and hasten Asr, perform ghusl and pray, delay Maghrib and hasten Isha and pray them together, and perform ghusl for Fajr."
