حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ثنا نَاصِحٌ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَعِدَ الْمِنْبَرَ فَقَالَ «آمِينَ آمِينَ آمِينَ» فَقَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ أَحَدَ وَالِدَيْهِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ ascended the pulpit and said: "Amin, Amin, Amin." Then he said: "Jibril ﷺ came to me and said: 'O Muhammad, whoever reaches one of his parents...'" and he mentioned the hadith.
