حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ
فَلَقِيتُ غُلَامَهَا نَافِعًا فَأَرْسَلَهُ إِلَيْهَا فَسَأَلَهَا ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَأَنْبَأَهُ أَنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلَامٍ ثُمَّ يُصْبِحُ صَائِمًا»

✧ Then I met her servant Nafi, and he sent him to her, and he asked her, then he returned to him and informed him that she narrated to him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to «enter the morning in a state of janabah from sexual intercourse, not from a wet dream, then he would enter the morning fasting.»
