حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي الطَّاهِرِ بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ

عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ {لَوْلَا جَاءُوا عَلَيْهِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَإِذْ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ فَأُولَئِكَ عِنْدَ اللهِ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ} «كُلُّ مَنْ قَذَفَ مُسْلِمًا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَهُوَ قَاذِفٌ عَلَيْهِ حَدُّ الْقَذْفِ»

✧ From Abu Sakhr: "{Why did they not bring four witnesses to it? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars.} Everyone who slanders a Muslim and then does not bring four witnesses is a slanderer upon whom the punishment for slander is due."
