✧ The Marriage of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Khadijah, Her Age, Her Death, and Some of Her Stories

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى خَدِيجَةَ مِمَّا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَذْكُرُهَا» وَقَالَتْ «أَمَرَهُ اللهُ أَنْ يُبَشِّرَهَا بِبَيْتٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ قَصَبٍ»

Translation

✧ I was never jealous of anyone as I was jealous of Khadījah because of what I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention of her. She said: “Allah commanded him to give her glad tidings of a house in Paradise of hollow pearl.”
