✧ A man came to Fatimah bt. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O daughter of the Messenger of Allah, did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leave anything with you that you might give me as a gift?" She said, "O servant girl, bring that palm-stalk." She looked for it and did not find it. She said, "Woe to you, look for it, for it is equal to me to al-Hasan and al-Husayn." She looked for it, and it turned out she had used it as a broom in her sweeping. In it was written: Muhammad ﷺ said, "He is not a believer whose neighbor is not safe from his harm. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent. Allah loves the modest, the forbearing, the weak, the chaste, and He hates the obscene, the vulgar, the begging importunate. Modesty is part of faith and faith is in Paradise. Obscenity is part of vulgarity and vulgarity is in the Fire."
