حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ وعَبْدَانُ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ كَلَّفَهُ اللهُ أَنْ يُحْضِرَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ آخِرَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاسِ

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, “Any man who wrongfully takes a handspan of land, God will oblige him to bring it until he reaches the end of the seventh earth, then he will be collared with it on the Day of Resurrection until judgment is passed among the people.”
