حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ وعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى الثَّقَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ

✧ I heard Ya'la al-Thaqafi say: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say, “Whoever takes land without right will be burdened with carrying its dust to the gathering place.”
