حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالُوا ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْكَعْبِيِّ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «وَاللهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ» قَالُوا وَمَنْ ذَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «الْجَارُ لَا يَأْمَنْ جَارَهُ بَوَائِقَهُ» قَالُوا وَمَا بَوَائِقُهُ؟ قَالَ «شَرُّهُ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ

He said, 'The neighbor whose neighbor is not safe from his harmful acts.' They said, 'What are his harmful acts?' He said, 'His evil.' And the wording is that of 'Asim b. 'Ali's hadith.
