حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا هَوْبَرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا وَحْشِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا أُسْرِيَ بِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ سَمِعَ خَشْخَشَةً فَقَالَ يَا جِبْرِيلُ مَا هَذِهِ الْخَشْخَشَةُ؟ قَالَ هَذَا بِلَالٌ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ لَيْتَ أُمَّ بِلَالٍ وَلَدَتْنِي وَأَبُو بِلَالٍ وَأَنَا مِثْلُ بِلَالٍ

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was taken on the Night Journey, he heard a rustling sound in Paradise and said, "O Jibril, what is this rustling?" He said, "This is Bilal." Abu Bakr said, "If only Bilal's mother had given birth to me, and Abu Bilal, and I were like Bilal."
