حَدَّثَنَا مَسْلَمَةُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْغُورِيُّ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي لِأُمِّي خَطَّابُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ وَلَا أَمَةٍ يَدَعُ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ فِي حَاجَةِ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ إِلَّا مَشَى مِثْلَهَا فِي سَخَطِ اللهِ ﷻ وَلَا يَدَعُ أَنْ يُنْفِقَ نَفَقَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِلَّا أَنْفَقَ أَضْعَافًا مُضَاعَفَةً فِي سَخَطِ اللهِ وَلَا يَدَعُ الْحَجَّ لِغَرَضٍ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا رَأَى الْمُخَلَّفِينَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ تِلْكَ الْحَاجَةَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "There is no male slave or female slave who neglects to walk in the service of his Muslim brother except that he walks the like of it in the displeasure of God ﷻ; and he does not neglect to spend an expenditure in the way of God except that he spends multiplied multiples in the displeasure of God; and he does not abandon the Hajj for some worldly purpose except that he sees those left behind before he fulfills that need."
