حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قِيرَاطٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنَا أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ وَاثِلَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهَا

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ وَيَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَصُومُهُمَا وَيَقُولُ «تُعْرَضُ فِيهِمَا الْأَعْمَالُ عَلَى اللهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى»

✧ He used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays and say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast them and say: 'Deeds are presented to Allah, Blessed and Exalted, on these two days.'
