حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ الْعِجْلِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ جُنَاحٍ مَوْلَى الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرِ وَلَيْسَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَنْتَهِكَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “The child belongs to the bed, and the fornicator gets the stone. A woman is not allowed to dispose of any of her wealth except with her husband’s permission.”
