حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعُ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ غُرَابٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَدَخَلَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي وَمُحَمَّدًا وَلَا تَرْحَمْ مَعَنَا أَحَدًا فَقَالُوا لَهُ وَيْحَكَ وَوْيلَكَ لَقَدْ حَظَرْتَ وَاسِعًا ثُمَّ تَنَحَّى الْأَعْرَابِيُّ فَبَالَ قَائِمًا فَوَثَبُوا إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «دَعُوهُ حَتَّى يَفْرُغَ مِنْ مَبَالِهِ» ثُمَّ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِسَجْلٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَى مَبَالِهِ

✧ We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ when a Bedouin entered and said, “O God, have mercy on me and Muhammad, and do not have mercy on anyone else along with us.” They said to him, “Woe to you! You have restricted something vast.” Then the Bedouin moved aside and urinated standing up, and they rushed toward him. The Prophet ﷺ said, “Leave him until he finishes his urine.” Then the Messenger of God ﷺ called for a bucket of water and poured it over his urine.
