حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْمُجَوِّزُ الْبَصْرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أُعْطِيتُ مَكَانَ التَّوْرَاةِ السَّبْعَ وَأُعْطِيتُ مَكَانَ الزَّبُورِ الْمَثَانِيَ وَفُضِّلْتُ بِالْمُفَصَّلِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “I was given the seven long surahs in place of the Torah, I was given the Mathani in place of the Psalms, and I was favored with the Mufassal.”
