حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ أَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ مَعَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْحِمْصِيِّ عَلَيْهِ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ تَحُوزُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَالْوَلَدَ الَّذِي لَا عَيْبَ عَلَيْهِ

✧ I entered with Abu Salamah al-Himsi upon him, and he narrated to me from Abdul Wahid al-Nasri, from Wathilah b. al-Asqa', from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: “A woman acquires three inheritances: her freed slave, her foundling, and the child who has no defect.”
