حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَا ثَنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ

«أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَلَمَّا أَنْ كَبَّرَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَمَّا أَنْ سَجَدَ جَافَى عَضُدَيْهِ عَنْ إِبْطَيْهِ وَلَمَّا أَنْ قَعَدَ افْتَرَشَ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى وَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُسْرَى عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُسْرَى وَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُمْنَى وَأَشَارَ بِمُسَبِّحَتِهِ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ مُسْلِمٍ

✧ He prayed with the Prophet ﷺ. When he said the takbir, he raised his hands. When he prostrated, he kept his upper arms away from his armpits. When he sat, he spread his left leg, placed his left hand on his left thigh, placed his right hand on his right thigh, and pointed with his index finger.' And the wording is from the hadith of Muslim.
