حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ اسْتَشَارَهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ

الْمُغِيرَةُ فَقُلْتُ لِعُمَرَ «قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْغُرَّةِ» قَالَ عُمَرُ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَادِقًا فَائْتِنِي بِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ هَذَا مَعَكَ فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ «شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ بِالْغُرَّةِ» فَقَضَى بِهِ عُمَرُ ؓ

✧ Al-Mughirah said: "I said to Umar: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in it with the ghurrah.' Umar said: 'If you are truthful, bring me someone who knows this with you.' Muhammad b. Maslamah said: 'I bear witness that the Prophet ﷺ ruled in the miscarriage of a woman with the ghurrah.' So Umar ؓ ruled accordingly."
