حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ وَأَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَا ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ وَعِنْدَهُ ابْنُ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ سَمِعَا وَرَّادًا كَاتَبَ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ
كَتَبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ إِلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ اكْتُبْ إِلَيَّ بِشَيْءٍ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ صَلَاتِهِ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ اللهُمَّ لَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ»

✧ Muʿāwiyah wrote to al-Mughīrah: Write to me something you heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying after the prayer. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say after his prayer: “There is no god but Allah, alone without partner; His is the dominion, and His is the praise, and He is over all things powerful. O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold, and no possessor of fortune can benefit from You his fortune.”
