✧ Mu'ghirah Abu Sufyan b. al-Harith b. Abdul-Muttalib b. Hashim b. Abd Manaf "Converted on the Day of Fath, met the Prophet ﷺ on the way and was one of those who remained steadfast with the Prophet ﷺ on the Day of Hunayn. He passed away in the year twenty.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْأَحْمَرِ النَّاقِدُ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُطَعِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
الْتَفَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى أَبِي سُفْيَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ فَقَالَ «مَنْ أَنْتَ؟» فَقَالَ ابْنَ أُمِّكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ خَيْرًا
