حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُرَشِيِّ عَنْ مُدْرِكَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ
حَجَجْتُ مَعَ أَبِي فَلَمَّا كُنَّا بِمِنًى إِذَا جَمَاعَةٌ فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي مَا هَذِهِ الْجَمَاعَةُ؟ قَالَ عَلَى هَذَا الصَّابِئِ فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قُولُوا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ تُفْلِحُوا

✧ I performed Hajj with my father. When we were at Mina, there was a gathering. I said to my father: What is this gathering? He said: Around this Sabian (i.e., the Prophet). And there was the Messenger of God ﷺ saying: “O people, say: There is no god but God, and you will prosper.”
