حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْأَزْرَقُ عَنْ بِنْتِ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِيهَا قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ وَالٍ وُلِّيَ عَلِي أُمَّةٍ قَلَّتْ أَوْ كَثُرَتْ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَعْدِلْ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا كَبَّهُ اللهُ فِي النَّارِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: “There is no governor placed in charge of a community, whether small or large, who then does not act justly among them except that God will cast him into the Fire.”
