حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَيْكُمْ يُخْبِرُكُمْ «أَنَّ الْمَرَدَّ إِلَى اللهِ إِلَى جُنَّةٍ أَوْ نَارٍ خُلُودٌ وَلَا مَوْتَ وَإِقَامَةٌ وَلَا ظَعْنَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ sent him to Yemen. When he came to them, he said, “O people, I am the messenger of the Messenger of God ﷺ to you. He informs you that the return is to God: to a Garden or a Fire, eternal abiding and no death, and residence and no departure.”
