حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ أَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَابِرِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَمُوتُ لَهُمَا ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَ اللهُ وَالِدَيْهِمُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ» قَالُوا وَاثْنَيْنِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «وَاثْنَيْنِ» قَالُوا وَوَاحِدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «وَوَاحِدٌ» ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ «السِّقْطَ لَيَجُرُّ أُمَّهُ بِسَرَرِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say, "There are no two Muslims who lose three children but that God will admit their parents to Paradise through the abundance of His mercy." They said, "And two, O Messenger of God?" He said, "And two." They said, "And one, O Messenger of God?" He said, "And one." Then he narrated that "the miscarried fetus will drag its mother by its umbilical cord to Paradise."
