حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
انتسْتَبَّ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَغَضِبَ أَحَدُهُمَا غَضَبًا شَدِيدًا حَتَّى إِنَّهُ لَيُخَيَّلُ إِلَيَّ أَنَّ أَنْفَهُ تَمَرَّغَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنِّي لَأَعْرِفُ كَلِمَةً لَوْ قَالَهَا هَذَا الْغَضْبَانُ أَذْهَبَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
Translation

✧ Two men exchanged insults in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, and one of them became severely angry, until I imagined that his nose was writhing. The Messenger of God ﷺ said, 'I know a word that, if this angry man said it, God would remove it from him: I seek refuge in God from Satan the accursed.'
