حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ

أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَلَمْ يَمُرَّ بِهَا لَيَالٍ حَتَّى وَضَعَتْ «فَاسْتَأْذَنَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حِينَ تَعَالَّتْ مِنْ نِفَاسِهَا فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فَنَكَحَتْ»

✧ Subay'ah al-Aslamiyyah's husband died while she was pregnant. Only a few nights passed before she gave birth. She sought permission from the Prophet ﷺ when she became pure from her post-natal bleeding, and he permitted her, so she married.
