حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَّانٍ الْكِنَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ
قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الصُّبْحَ فَقُلْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُكَلِّمَ أَحَدًا اللهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ مُتَّ مِنْ يَوْمِكَ كُتِبَ لَكَ جِوَارٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَإِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الْمَغْرِبَ فَقُلْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُكَلِّمَ أَحَدًا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ مُتَّ مِنْ لَيْلَتِكَ كُتِبَ لَكَ جِوَارٌ مِنَ النَّارِ
Translation

✧ He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you pray the morning prayer, say before speaking to anyone: 'O Allah, protect me from the Fire' seven times. For if you die that day, protection from the Fire will be written for you. And when you pray Maghrib, say before speaking to anyone the like of that; for if you die that night, protection from the Fire will be written for you."
