حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ شَاهِينَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ
دُمِيَتْ إِصْبَعُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ الْمَشَاهِدِ فَقَالَ «مَا أَنْتِ إِلَّا إِصْبَعٌ دُمِيتِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا لَقِيتِ»

✧ The finger of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bled during one of the battles, so he said, "You are nothing but a finger that has bled, and in the path of Allah what you have encountered."
