حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَلْبَسَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تُقَدَّسُ أُمَّةٌ لَا يُقْضَى فِيهَا بِالْحَقِّ وَيَأْخُذُ الضَّعِيفُ حَقَّهُ مِنَ الْقَوِيِّ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ»
