حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ

أَنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ «أَرَاهُمْ وُضُوءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَسْحَ رَأْسِهِ وَضَعَ كَفَّيْهِ عَلَى مُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ بَلَغَ بِهِمَا حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْقَفَا ثُمَّ رَدَّهُمَا حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْمَكَانَ الَّذِي مِنْهُ بَدَأَ»

Translation

✧ Mu’awiya showed them the ablution of the Messenger of God ﷺ. When he reached the wiping of his head, he placed his palms on the front of his head, then brought them back until he reached the back of the neck, then returned them until he reached the place from which he began.
