حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا «فَإِذَا شَرِبُوا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “Whoever drinks wine, flog him.” He said it three times. “Then if they drink a fourth time, kill them.”
