حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْجُوبَارِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» قَالَ عِنْدَ الرَّابِعَةِ «فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
