حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ مَوْلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَحْشٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَحْشٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ لَوْ أَنَّ عَبْدًا قُتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى يُقْضَى عَنْهُ دَيْنُهُ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: Gabriel ﷺ said to me, "If a servant is killed in the path of God while he has a debt, he will not enter Paradise until his debt is settled."
