حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْقِصَاصُ ثَلَاثَةٌ أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُخْتَالٌ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “Retaliation is of three types: a prince, one commanded, or an arrogant one.”
