حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفًّى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمِّي

أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَعْبًا كَانَ يَقُولُ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ» إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ فَرَكَعَ فِيهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ لِلنَّاسِ فِي فُتْيَاهُمْ وَمَسَائِلِهِمْ

✧ That his father Ka'b used to say: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he arrived from a journey, would come to the mosque, pray two rak'ahs in it, then sit for the people regarding their legal rulings and their questions."
