حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عِيسَى عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا أَذِنَ اللهُ لِعَبْدٍ فِي شَيْءٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ وَالْبِرُّ يَتَنَاثَرُ فَوْقَ رَأْسِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ فِي صَلَاةٍ وَمَا عَبْدٌ إِلَى اللهِ ﷻ بِأَفْضَلَ مِمَّا خَرَجَ مِنْهُ» يَعْنِي الْقُرْآنَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah has not permitted a servant anything better than two rak'ahs or more. Righteousness scatters over the servant's head as long as he is in prayer. A servant does not come to Allah ﷻ with anything better than what comes out of him," meaning the Qur'an.
