حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ فَقَالَ «طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ فَلْيُشْهِدْ عَلَى طَلَاقِهِ وَعَلَى مُرَاجَعَتِهِ»

✧ A man divorced his wife without witnesses and took her back without witnesses. He said, “He divorced outside the waiting period and took her back contrary to the Sunnah. Let him call witnesses to his divorce and to his taking her back.”
