حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْخَشَّابُ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ قَالَا ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ زَاذَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَسَرَهَا الْعَدُوُّ وَقَدْ كَانُوا أَصَابُوا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ نَاقَةً لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَأَتْ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ غَفْلَةً فَرَكِبَتْ نَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَنَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَنْحَرَ نَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «بِئْسَمَا جَزَيْتِهَا لَا نَذْرَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ»

✧ A Muslim woman was taken captive by the enemy. They had earlier captured a she-camel belonging to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. She saw negligence among the people and mounted the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ she-camel. She vowed to slaughter the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ she-camel. He said, 'How badly you have rewarded her. There is no vow for the son of Adam concerning what he does not own, nor in disobedience to Allah.'
