حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْجَمَّالُ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ لِأَصْحَابِهِ «اذْهَبُوا بِنَا إِلَى بَنِي وَاقِفٍ نَزُورُ الْبَصِيرَ» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ «حَيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَكَانَ مَحْجُوبَ الْبَصَرِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ used to say to his companions: “Let us go to Banū Wāqif to visit the blind man.” Sufyān said: “A clan of the Anṣār, and he was veiled of sight.”
