حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
«مَا مِنْ ذَنْبٍ إِلَّا وَأَنَا أَعْرِفُ تَوْبَتَهُ» قِيلَ وَمَا تَوْبَتُهُ؟ قَالَ «أَنْ يَتْرُكَهُ ثُمَّ لَا يَعُودَ»
